Justin Richards is a Principal at Greyson Capital Group. Justin has more than a decade of multifamily property experience with competencies spanning physical asset management and leasing, customer relations, and collections. Earlier real estate activities include commercial and residential construction. While obtaining a B.S. degree from Michigan State University, Mr. Richards gained significant experience in low-voltage electrical work as a technician (and later upper management) within big box retailers and office parks nationally. Leveraging his in depth hands-on experience gained from multifamily professional work as an Assistant Manager at a 328 unit community, Mr. Richards formed Greyson Capital Group with business partner (Aaron Lenartz) to take full advantage of the great opportunities in a growing space – in which Greyson Capital Group is based.
Aaron Lenartz is a Principal at Greyson Capital Group. He has a bachelors degree in Professional Business Studies from Davenport University. He has overseen multiple Real estate transactions as well as all aspects of getting an income producing property to its potential. Aaron has built a vast network creating relationships to take him to the next level of learning and understanding. Aaron’s military service in 2000-2004 was commendable, out of high school he joined the United States Navy after a few short months
they headed into battle. They were the primary Aircraft carrier the U.S.S. Theodore Roosevelt in the Mediterranean during Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom where Aaron was relentless in his efforts to achieve the highest qualifications, and he did. He was fully qualified after the first cruise in 2001 and then was the supervisor on the second cruise. He received a letter of accommodation from Captain Bryant for performance and achievement.

Anices Capital looks to provide investors with safe and secure investment opportunities within the multifamily sector, with a heavy concentration on B & C Value add opportunities and Class A new developments. Matt brings more than 15 years of corporate sales and marketing experience working with top world brands such as ATT, Verizon, Enterprise Holdings. Mr. Anices moved to Texas in July 2014 and brought
his sales, customer relations, and other invaluable skills to Lincoln Property Management company where he and his team were charged with leaseups, new management integration after new ownership took over. While under Morguard Real Estate Corporation Mr. Anices furthered his experience in leasing, business development, marketing, and customer relations. Since then Mr. Anices has been consulting for Multifamily Value add properties and Class A developments working to leverage technology to streamline document management and add value by lowering expenses through strategic partnerships.
Patrick Duffy is the Founder and CEO of Tactical Asset Management, LLC, a leading provider of asset management and technology services for multifamily operators nationwide. Mr. Duffy is also an active multifamily operator with a portfolio encompassing over 900 units and market value of $50M (July 2019). Prior to becoming a full-time multifamily investor, Mr. Duffy held structured finance and capital markets roles at Opus Bank, 5 Arches, LLC and HMC Assets, LLC. Mr. Duffy is a 2013 graduate of Harvard University.
Dugan P. Kelley, SEC Attorney
Mr. Kelley co -founded Kelley Clarke, PLLC with the mission to deliver big firm expertise and experience to the local community. Kelley Clarke currently serves clients throughout the United States with its principal offices in Prosper, Texas and Santa Barbara, California. Throughout Mr. Kelley’s 18 years of experience, he has routinely advised real estate investors and other entrepreneurs about entity selection, corporate formation, risk assessment, and other related transactional needs. Mr. Kelley is a 1996 graduate o f Carrol College ( B.A.) , 1999 graduate of the Regent University School of Law (J.D.) and has been admitted to the bar in California and Texas.
Mark is a seasoned real estate investor, coach, two-time best-selling author and founder of Think Multifamily. Mark started his Apartment Investing career over 20 years ago as a side hustle, while working 70-80 hour work weeks in the corporate world.
He has purchased over 4,000 units in just the past few years in five different states. He is frequently asked to speak at Real Estate events and has a desire to help others learn how to get started and go bigger with apartment investing.
Mark has a passion to help others achieve success quickly in multifamily investing. He specializes in educating others how to go BIG, fast through syndication! In his first year of coaching, he helped others acquire 2,500+ apartment units worth over $180M. The smallest deal any of his students purchased is 90 units…so, it is possible to go BIG, fast even if you don’t have any experience! His coaching style is “no fluff” and he is passionate about results and providing unmatched service!
Mark is a graduate at Michigan State University in Accounting and is a CPA. He has also provided IT consulting for 20 years and is leveraging his vast IT experience to bring new creative technologies that will help others in the multifamily space. He has worked for organizations such as KPMG Consulting, EDS, SAP, HP, and founded Simplifying-IT which provides IT services to fortune 500 companies.
